益气化瘀中药抗溃疡复发的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：以益气化瘀法为主治疗７０例消化性溃疡患者（设３２例西药对照组），其一年复发率明显低于西药对照组。动物实验结果表明，益气化瘀中药能显著促进胃粘膜细胞增殖功能。其抗溃疡复发机理，与中药促进胃粘膜细胞增殖。menting and stasis-removing herbal medicines. The recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.The results of the animal experiment showed that Qi- supplementing and stasis- removing herbal medicines could significantly promote the division of gastric mucosa cells. Its mechanism lies in the fact that the herbal medicines can promote the cell proliferation and speed the change from red scars to white scars.
