摘 要:采用图解法和解析迭代法设计无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构存在设计精度低、计算复杂等不足,为了克服此类的设计不足,首先推导出无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构存在的条件,并依据无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构存在的杆长条件,结合曲柄摇杆机构处于极限位置及其出现最小传动角位置的杆长三角函数关系,推导出无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构的设计方程,再由设计方程求解出杆长的设计公式,并借助杆长的设计公式可直接计算出各杆的长度,使设计工作变得灵活、简单,而且设计精度高。The article points out such shortcomings as low accuracy and complicated calculation in crank-rocker mechanism with non quick-return characteristics designed by graphical method and analytical alternation method. To overcome those defects in design, the writer concludes the existing conditions for crank-rocker mechanism with non quick-return characteristics at first. Then based on the conditions of pole length, and combined with the extreme position of crank-rocker mechanism and its pole length's trigonometric function at the smallest transmission angle, then concludes the design equation of crank-rocker mechanism with non quick-return characteristics. Finally to work out the design formula of pole length based on the design equation. All poles' length will be gained based on the design formula of the pole length. As a result, the design is flexible, simple with high accuracy.
