摘　　要：昆山钞票纸厂安装有多台从德国KUSTER公司引进的机内软压光系统。在设备的运行过程中,也出现过各种各样的故障。其中大部分故障最终会导致浮动胶辊脱离钢辊,实现自抬。这是德国KUSTER公司在生产条件未满足的情况下,对浮动胶辊采取的一种保护性措施。本文选取其中较典型的一例,通过对液压原理图的解读,进行故障现象的描述和分析,最后彻底解决了问题。There are some soft nip calenders from Germany KUSTER in kunshan banknote paper mill. Some breakdowns happened in the machine running which caused soft calender running away from steel calender finally. This is a protective action to Germany KUSTER soft calender when normal work condition doesn＇t reach. We take one typical example,introduce hydraulic drawing,give more details of phenomena ,analyze it and solve the problem at the end.
