摘  要:针对供水管道系统的噪声问题,建立模拟供水泵房管道系统的实验模型,对管系的噪声、振动信号进行采集和处理,运用功率谱和声振相干方法分析了管道振动的原因;采用工作模态分析方法对实验管道结构进行了模态分析,得到了管系的固有频率和振型等参数;利用谐响应分析技术得到了管系在激振下的响应情况;提出相应改造措施,取得了良好的减振降噪效果。结合理论和实验结果,系统地总结了管道系统减振降噪的控制措施,提出设计管系应遵循的原则。Aiming at the problem of noise of pipeline systems conveying water ,we set up the experimental model of pipeline system conveying water in laboratory, and then detect the signals of vibration and noise with transducers. Some data processing techniques,such as power spectrum analysis and correlation are used to find the reasons of pipeline vibration. Based on the operational modal analysis, the modal parameters, such as the modal frequencies and mode shapes,of the pipeline structure are obtained,and the MAC is used to verify the correlation of the operational mode shapes. The dynamical response of pipeline under excitation is also discussed numerically. We put forward relational rebuilding methods and get the favorable effect of reducing vibration and lowering noise. At last, this paper gets some important conclusions in controlling pipeline vibration and reducing noise ,and proposes the systematic plan of designing pipeline.
