摘  要:研究了CaCO3和Na2SO3造渣焙烧对Cu-Co-Fe合金中钴浸出率的影响。1300℃下添加10%CaCO3造渣焙烧后钴的浸出率为95%,同时添加5%CaCO3和5%Na2SO3在1 300℃造渣焙烧后钴浸出率达到97%,比不焙烧直接用硫酸浸出的50%有很大提高。CaCO3为工业常用原料,成本经济,焙烧效果比Na2SO3好,但同时添加比单独添加以上两种试剂造渣效果明显。Methods of pre- process slag masting by adding 10% CaCO3 and Na2SO3 were investigated during leaching Cu - Co - Fe alloy. The leaching rate of cobalt was 95 % after roasting at 1300℃ by adding CaCO3. Furthermore, the leaching rates of cobalt reached 97 % by adding 5 % CaCO3 and 5 % Na2SO3. Both of them were great improvements compared with 50 % by direct sulfuric acid leaching. CaCO3 was normal industrial raw material, which was economical and more effective than Na2SO3, but effects of preprocess slag roasting by adding both of them were better than individual.
