葛根素调节糖尿病肾病大鼠降钙素相关肽的研究

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素对糖尿病肾病大鼠降钙素相关肽的调节。方法利用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法诱导建立1型糖尿病大鼠模型。将实验用SD大鼠随机分正常对照组、糖尿病组、葛根素治疗组。治疗16周,观察治疗期间及治疗后大鼠的一般状况、血糖、尿素氮、血肌酐,内生肌酐清除率、降钙素相关肽、24小时尿蛋白排泄率。结果①造模组大鼠均出现肾脏功能有损害,②葛根素能改善基本状况,降低糖尿病大鼠的尿素氮、血肌酐、24h尿白蛋白排泄率,增加内生肌酐清除率,降钙素相关肽分泌显著升高。结论葛根素增加降钙素相关肽分泌对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用。Objective To observe the regulation of Puerarin on Calcitonin Gene Related to Peptide of Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats. Methods Diabetic nephropathy rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. Rats were allocated to normal control group, model group, and Puerarin group for 16 weeks. During and after the treatment, the general state, blood gloucose levels, blood urea nitrogen , serum creatinine, CGRF, clearance rate of creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate of the 24-hours in different groups. Results ① Diabetes mellitus and renal function lesion occurred in the two model groups. ② Puerarin could improve the general state, decrease blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, and urinary albumin excretion rate of the 24-hours; increase clearance rate of creatinine, The blood of Calcitonin Gene Related to Peptide were significantly hoisted at the same time. Conclusion Puerarin have a certain in protecting renal by improving secretion of Calcitonin Gene Related to Peptide.
