摘  要:目的探讨浸浴疗法对高压电烧伤病人外周微循环障碍的改善作用。方法用WX-9B型微循环显微镜及微循环图像处理系统,观测50例严重高压电烧伤病人浸浴前后足甲襞微循环变化。观测指标包括微血管形态、微血流动态、微血管周围状态三方面共十六项指标。本组病人男47例,女3例,年龄14~45岁,平均年龄(24.32±11.33)岁,电烧伤面积7%~45%,平均烧伤面积(20.3±11.6)%。结果与浸浴前足甲襞微循环指标比较,浸浴后管襻清晰度好转,管襻数目增多,长度增加,管径增大,血流速度加快,红细胞聚集减轻等。结论浸浴疗法对高压电烧伤病人微循环障碍有改善作用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of balneotherapy on skin mierocirculation of patients with electrical burn. Methods Observing the changes of foot nailfold microcirculation of 50 patients with high-voltage electrical burn before and after treatment with balneotherapy by using wx-9B microcirculatory instrument and image-processing system. The observing indexes from three aspects of morphology, hemedynamies and perivaseular state amount to 16. There were 47 male and 3 female in the group, aged 14 to 45, averagely 24. 32 + 11. 33 with burned area of 7% to45%, averagely20.3+11.6%. Results Compared with those mierocirculatory indexes before and after treatment with balneotheray, distinetiness of vessel loops improved, numbers, lengths and diameters of vessel loops also increased, blood flow velocity was aecelerated, erythrocyte aggregation was relieved. Conclusion Balneology can improve microcirculation disturbance of patients with electrical bum.
