N-苯基-β萘胺的提纯及其纯度检测

摘　　要：用重结晶和区域熔融法提纯制备标准物质用N-苯基-β萘胺(防老剂D)。建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)检测防老剂D纯度的条件。HPLC检测样品纯度为99.24%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.14%;DSC检测样品纯度为99.20%,RSD为0.05%。纯度达到国际同类产品水平。In order to improving the purity of the industrial product, antioxidant D was purified by the methods of Recrystalize and Zone Melting. The purity was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC） and Differential Scanning Calorimetry （DSC）. The purity is 99.24% with Relative Standard Deviation （RSD） of 0. 14%, tested from the way of HPLC. The purity tested by DSC is 99.20% with RSD of 0. 05%. This purified antioxidant D reaches the same level of international product.
