摘　　要：Diabetic oculomotor paralysis is a commonly and frequently encountered disease with the following clinical manifestations: ptosis of the upper eyelid, narrowing of the palpebral fissure, inability of the eyeball to move upward, inward and downward, inferolateral inclination of the eyeball, double vision,Diabetic oculomotor paralysis is a commonly and frequently encountered disease with the following clinical manifestations： ptosis of the upper eyelid, narrowing of the palpebral fissure, inability of the eyeball to move upward, inward and downward, inferolateral inclination of the eyeball, double vision, platycoria, and loss of photoreaction. This disease may be caused by diabetes, immune diseases, neural edema, craniocerebral tumor, and inflammation and injury. In recent years, the author has treated 52 cases of diabetic oculomotor paralysis with Mingmu Dihuang Tang （ 明目地黄汤 Rehmannia Decoction for Improving the Eyesight ） combined with electro-acupuncture. The following is the clinical report.
