摘 要:利用FALAX四球摩擦磨损试验机和SRV振动摩擦磨损试验机考察了低ZDDP添加量对含Mo润滑油体系抗磨性、减摩性以及极压性的影响,并采用SEM、XPS分析磨斑形貌和磨痕表面元素种类、价态以及含量。结果表明,在含Mo润滑油体系中磨斑直径随ZDDP含量的降低变化不明显,而摩擦系数变化显著,PB值随ZDDP含量的降低明显下降。因此在低ZDDP含量润滑油体系中,主要是解决体系PB值降低的问题。The effect of low zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP)dosage on the anti-wear performance, friction reducing function and extreme pressure anti-wear properties of Mo-containing lubricating oil system was studied using FALAX four-ball tester and SRV test system. SEM and XPS technique were applied to characterize the morphology of the worn surface and to carry out elemental analysis as well. The test results showed that with the decrease of ZDDP dosage,the wear scar diameter had minor change, but friction coefficient increased and PB value decreased significantly. Therefore,it was concluded that the solution of the decrease of PB value was the key to develop lubricating oil with low ZDDP dosage.
