摘 要:通过对模拟窜气技术的更新,研制成功一种具有双通道反应体系的DWY-I型低温油泥试验仪,并且在这种试验仪上,对影响试验结果的温度、时间、引发剂用量、模拟窜气中NOx的含量和水分等因素进行了优化筛选,建立了一种评价油品低温分散性能的实验室模拟试验方法,以NO在线合成NO2替代常用的气瓶NO2,解决了气源流量不稳定、容易泄漏和污染环境等问题,而且模拟窜气的控制精度约为1%.在选定的试验条件下,DWY-I型低温油泥试验仪能有效地区分不同级别油品的分散性,试验的平行性和重复性都相当好。It is important to develop noval laboratory techniques to evaluate the performance of lubricating oils and additives. Laboratory bench test for assessing the detergency dispersancy of engine oil with a low temperature oxidation sludge method is established, the effects of testing temperature,time,catalyst and the blow by gases on the performance of the bench test were also investigated.A mixture of water and NO 2 which was synthesized in situ with the reaction of NO and O 2 was used as the blow by gases.With this method,the detergency dispersancy of engine oil is evaluated on a prepared DWY Ⅰ model apparatus by determining the sludge(refering to the oil insoluble oxidation products and contaminants) amount produced under certain condition. By applying this method to various engine oil samples,it is found that the detergency dispersancy of various grade engine oils can be discriminated well with good repeatability.Moreover,the results based on this method is correlated well with the results obtained with MS sequence VD engine test.
