摘 要:尝试将脉冲磁处理方法应用到常用工程管板连接结构的降低残余应力处理中。首先采用数值模拟与试验测试相结合的方法确定结构上残余应力数值较大的“危险”区域,设计脉冲磁处理的磁化回路,采用数值模拟的方法模拟磁化过程中结构内部的磁场分布,然后选定适当的磁处理工艺对“危险”区域进行降低残余应力处理。磁处理后的测试结果表明脉冲磁处理可降低管板结构焊缝附近区域的残余应力值,残余应力状态得到明显改善。由此预计,磁处理方法可在类似的重要工程结构件上获得成功应用。Pulsed magnetic treatment is a new method to reduce residual stresses in steel structures. This paper describes using this method to reduce residual stress in tube-plate welded structures in engineering. The distribution of residual stresses in an untreated structure, which yielded by high welding residual stresses, was calculated by the finite element method (FEM) and measured by hole-drilling method. In addition, the effect of the magnetic circuit was analyzed using the FEM to optimize the magnetic density in the treated region. The test structure was then treated with the optimized magnetic field, and the residual stress distribution after treatment then was measured to show the effect of the treatment. The results show that the residual stresses near the weld are significantly reduced. Therefore, pulsed magnetic treatment can be used to reduce residual stresses in engineering structures.
