摘 要:目的:测量并比较不同层次护生的生命质量,提出改善以及应对的建议。方法:利用SF-36量表对不同层次的护生进行生命质量的自评调查,并针对调查结果进行定性访谈。结果:共发出问卷104份,收回有效问卷99份。SF-36量表各领域Cronbach’sα系数多数位于0.65~0.85范围内,多数领域间的相关系数小于0.4。护生生命质量在VT、MH领域得分最低,PF领域得分最高;二年制大专班护生的VT领域得分显著高于五年制本科班(P=0.016),其余领域得分差异无统计学意义。定性访谈发现VT、MH领域得分较低的原因主要是各种压力过大、应对方式单一等。结论:应用SF-36量表测量护生的生命质量具有较高的信度、效度,护生的生命质量不容乐观,应针对某些领域给予特殊关照。Objective:To measure and compare the quality of life of the nursing students in differnt educational system.Methods:SF-36 scale was applied to measure the quality of life of nursing students in different educational levels.Focus group interview was organized to explore the reasons for the bad health domain .Results :Ninety-nine students answered the SF-36 validly .Cronbach's coeffcient of most domains were in the range of 0.65-0.85 and correlate coefficients among most domains were lower than 0.4.The scores in the VT and MH domains were the lowest and wer less than 60.The reasons were high level stresses ,interpersonal strain and os on.In the PF domain the score was the greatest .The score of VT domain for 5-Year nursing students was significantly lower than that for the 2-Year students (P=0.016).Conclusion:The reliability and structure validity are good for measuring quality of life among nursing students.Their quality of life is not good enough,and some measures should be carried out by educators.
