摘  要:采用混料最优设计方法研究高铬刚玉-电烤镁复合泡沫陶瓷过滤器的组成对常温抗弯强度的影响规律;观察分析其烧结状态,并对该过滤器进行浇注45钢的对比试验及工厂的应用试验。结果表明,该过滤器的尺寸稳定,性能优良,应用效果良好。With the method of material mixingoptimum design,the effect of the composition ofhigh-Cr2O3 corundum and electric smelting magnesia on bending strength of the filters was researched in this paper. The surface and fracture ofthe filters were analyzed with SEM. The propertiesof filtered and unfiltered 45# steel was compared.The results show that the optimum composition ofthe foam ceramic filters is:sintering process:highCr2O3 corundum: electric smelting magnesia =0.02:0.16:0.82.It is also shown that the filters havestable dimension, nice properties and good productive application effect.
