摘　　要：针对部分人士对科技学术期刊收取论文版面费的非议,指出这一收费有据可依,合理合法,并对规范收费提出了建议。Facing someone who have censured on the topic of charging publication fee for the periodicals of science and technology, the authors are of the opinion that this step is warranted, legal and practical, and provide some suggestions on how to establish a more standard practice.
