摘　　要：办好农业科技期刊的关键是:要在准确定位的基础上,围绕服务对象,搞好选题策划;组建通信联络队伍,促进期刊发行;建立共赢机制,开拓广告市场;做好编辑加工,以质量作保证。The key point of managing an agricultural sci-tech periodical is to find the accurate positioning, which means： selecting the fight topics and hatching them with cautious, based on the readers you are facing; organizing a communicative team to facilitate the publication of the periodical; founding a mutual benefit mechanism and exploiting the advertisement market; and finally, perfecting the editing work to ensure the quality of the periodical.
