摘 要:对含硫量为1.51%的大同煤,在不同的气氛和工况下加入钙基脱硫剂,并辅以添加剂,在800-1 200℃的高温下开展了较为系统的试验和分析。与CaCO3和CaO相比,Ca(OH)2具有更好的高温固硫性能;Ca(OH)2、CaCO3和CaO在900℃左右均表现出很好的固硫率;氧化气氛较适用于1 000℃以下固硫;高温取Ca/S比为2.0-2.5时较适合;按一定比例添加Fe2O3、S iO2和A l2O3配置的复合脱硫剂脱硫效率更高(试验值66.67%),复合添加剂能提高1 000℃以上的固硫率,加宽了最佳固硫温度范围,且能维持比较稳定的高温固硫效果;不同条件下,CaSO4分解特性不同。Tests and analysis of the desulfurization of Datong Coal with 1.15% sulphur by using calcium as a desulfurizing agent and certain additives have been conducted under the temperatures ranged from 800℃ to 1 200 ℃ and other conditions. Compared with CaCO3 and CaO, Ca( OH)2 has the best desulfurization performance at high temperature. Ca( OH)2, CaCO3 and CaO show higher desulfurization rates at the temperature around 900 ℃. Oxidation atomsphere is more applicable to the desulfurization at the temperature below 1 000℃ 2.0 - 2.5 is an appropriate Ca/S ratio under high temperature. The complex desulfurizing agent by adding a certatin proportion of Fe2O3 , SiO2 , Al2O3 has a maximum efficiency (66.67%). The complex additives can raise the desulfurization rate under the temperature above 1 000℃ , widen the temperature range of best desulfurization and maintain relatively state desulfurization efficiency at high temperature. The characteristics of CaSO4 decomposition are variable under different conditions.
