摘　　要：我国残疾人绝对知识贫困人口在各类弱势群体中所占比例最高。图书馆作为社会支持网中的一个成员,应该承担起对残疾人知识援助的责任与义务。无障碍环境建设、特殊文献资源建设,以及残疾人数字图书馆建设,是图书馆对残疾人实施知识援助的基本条件;根据不同类别对残疾人提供深度知识服务,是图书馆帮助残疾人实现平等获取知识信息权利的有力手段;国家政策及法律的完善,图书馆管理体制的创新等,是图书馆帮助残疾人充分参与社会生活,回归社会主流的制度保障。The rate of the population of the disabled who have absolutely poor knowledge in all kinds of the disadvantaged in our country is the highest. The library, as the member of the supported network in our society, should have the obligation and responsibility of implementing knowledge assistance for the disabled. No-handicap situation construction, special literature resource construction and digital library construction for the disabled are essential conditions that li- brary carries out knowledge assistance for the disabled. Providing deep knowledge services according to different kinds of the disabled is the effective means that library helps the disabled realize to have the right to get information and knowledge equally. The improvement of governmental policy and law, the innovation of library management system etc. are the institutional guarantee that library helps the disabled join social life equally and come back to social mainstream.
