摘　　要：企业危机管理中的信息处理效果决定了危机管理效果。本文提出建立专门处理危机中信息问题的信息顾问机制,使企业危机管理建立在科学的信息分析基础之上。并阐述了信息资源顾问、信息技术顾问和管理整合顾问等机制内容;指出了树立理念,设立顾问小组和建立危机知识管理框架等建立机制的要点。The enterprise crisis management based on effect of information processing in the during of crisis management. This article proposed that established mechanism of orientation of crisis information question and make the enterprise crisis management based on the information analysis. It elaborated the contents of mechanism which include information resource consultant, information technology consultant and management integration consultant. It pointed out main factors of mechanism establishment which sets up the idea, the team of consultant and crisis knowledge management frame.
