摘　　要：通过对苏州市所辖昆山市实施农村居民基本医疗保险的研究,提出了在经济社会发展较快的沿海地区,建立统一的农村居民基本医疗保险制度的必要性和可行性,并描述了目标的基本框架与特征。In this paper, we have studied the Basic Medical Insurance System for the rural residents of Kunshan, a county-level city governed by Suzhou. We present the necessity and feasibility of founding a uniform basic medical insurance system for the rural resident in those littoral regions experiencing the rapid economic and society development. We also report the basic framework and character of this goal.
