他汀类药物治疗脓毒血症的进展

摘　　要：他汀类药物是临床上常用的一种降血脂药物,此外,它还具有抗炎、改善内皮细胞的功能、调节免疫功能,近年来研究发现,他汀类药物对脓毒血症有着重要的影响,它可以抑制炎症因子的释放,抑制炎症细胞的黏附,降低脓毒血症的发生率和病死率,本文对这一领域的最新进展作一综述。Statins are effective lipid-lowering agents used extensively in medical practice. They also have antiinflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. Moreover, statins improve endothelial function. Recent studies found that statins play a very important role in sepsis. They not only inhibit the release of inflammatory factors and decrease adhesion of inflammatory cells, but also reduce the incidence of sepsis and the sepsis-related death. This article summarized the advances in the studies on the statins applied to treat sepsis.
