摘 要:离体培养的动物细胞增殖规律已有不少的报道,但是两栖类活体内细胞增殖过程如何,尚未见报道。本文运用SCD术,对泽蛙活体内骨髓细胞增殖动力学进行了较系统地观察,最后推算出Tc为12—24小时。Intraperitoneal injection of IUdR-activated charcoal suspension was given to Rana limnoch-aris. The dosage of IUdR was 1.5 mg/g body weight. The animals were sacrificed and bone-marrow samples were taken 1 day(24hrs), 1.5 days(36hrs), 2 days(48hrs), 2.5 days(60hrs), 3 days(72hrs), 3.5 days(84hrs), 4 days(96hrs), 4.5 days(108hrs), 5 days(120hrs), 6 days(144hrs) and 7 days(l68hrs) after injection respectively. Colchicine (4uuuuuuuuuuuuug/g body weight) was injected intraperitoneally 12 hrs prior to sampling. Smears of marrow cells were prepared routinely. Then SCD specimens were made with thionine-UV-Giemsa method and the process of cell proliferation was observed.The results showed: by the time of drug given for 1.5 days(36hrs), a few cells have began to enter the 2nd round of proliferation. The percentage of cells in the 2nd round of proliferation reaches its peak value(50.4%) by the time of drug given for 2.5 days(60hrs), while that in the 3rd round(23.8%) by 3.5 days(84hrs). The maximal value of the cells of the 4th round of proliferation appears on the 4th days(96hrs). From the time interval between the peak value of the 2nd and 3rd, and that of the 3rd and 4th round of proliferation, the Tc of bone marrow cells of Rana limnocharis in vivo is assessed to be 12-24 hours, shorter than that of marrow cells from tailess amphibia in vitro reported in literature.
