摘　　要：对我国城市污水处理行业和BOT市场现状进行了分析,从5个方面阐述了城市污水处理行业签订BOT合同应注意的问题:水量与水质指标、各专业接口的确定、三通一平后地面标高、污水处理收费及支付、不可抗力影响,强调城市污水处理行业BOT合同应从法律和技术两方面入手,全面深入慎重考虑。The present status of Chinese municipal wastewater treatment field and the BOT market was analyzed. The problems to which attention should be paid in signing a contract in municipal wastewater treatment field were elaborated from five aspects of treatment capacity and water quality target, each specialized connection determination, ground level after ＂three supplies and one leveling＂, sewage treatment charge and payment and influence of force majeure. It is emphasized that a BOT contract in municipal wastewater treatment field should proceed from the law and the technical aspects, giving a comprehensive and careful consideration.
