摘 要:以减少水力停留时间与提高进水基质浓度相结合的方式运行ABR反应器,考察了颗粒污泥的培养过程及其特性,讨论了培养颗粒污泥所需的技术条件。结果表明:在控制污泥负荷为0.34 kgCOD/(kgVSS.d)、水流上升流速为0.11 m/h、出水碱度为1 000 mg/L(以CaCO3计)的条件下,可培养出颗粒污泥;丝状菌的大量繁殖对颗粒污泥的形成起到了促进作用;在接种污泥里加入惰性物质对污泥的颗粒化有积极作用。By operating anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) in the combined mode of reducing HRT and increasing the concentration of influent substrate, the process of anaerobic granular sludge cultivation and its characteristics were investigated, and the technique conditions required for cultivating granular sludge were discussed. The results show that under the conditions of sludge loading of 0.34 kgCOD/ (kgVSS ·d), up-flow velocity of 0. 11 m/h and outflow alkalinity of 1 000 mg/L ( calculated as CaCO3 ), the granular sludge can be cultivated. The filamentous bacteria play an important role during the granular sludge formation. The addition of inert matters in the seeded sludge has an active role in sludge granulating.
