摘 要:结合周家渡水厂的臭氧—生物活性炭深度处理工艺,进行了3种不同换炭方式的中试研究,并根据对浊度、氨氮、CODMn、UV254、TOC和BDOC的去除效果,分为吸附、吸附—生物降解和生物降解三个阶段进行分析。结果表明:装填1/3旧炭、2/3新炭的2#炭柱的处理效果接近于装填全部新炭的3#炭柱。因而从经济运行的角度考虑,当活性炭失效需要更换时,可以考虑更换部分旧炭,这样可降低制水成本,有利于臭氧—生物活性炭工艺的推广应用。Based on O3 -BAC advanced treatment process in Zhoujiadu Water Treatment Plant, the pilot-scale test on three different ways of carbon substitution was carried out. According to the removal rates of turbidity, NH3 - N, CODMn, UV254, TOC and BDOC, an analysis was conducted from three stages including adsorption stage, combined adsorption and biodegradation stage and biodegradation stage. The results show that the treatment effect of No. 2 carbon column with 1/3 worn carbon and 2/3 new carbon is close to that of No. 3 carbon column with completed new carbon. Therefore, considering the economic operation, activated carbon can be refilled partially when it loses the pollutants removal efficiency, thus reducing water production cost and contributing to the popularization and application of O3 - BAC process.
