摘　　要：本文介绍了安钢2800mm单机架四辊轧机生产线的工艺现状及其存在问题,从工艺、设备、管理三个方面提出了提高产能的技术措施,并进行了生产实践。Aiming at the task of annually producing 1 million tons of plate required by the company, the paper described the current status of rolling process and existing problems in 2 800 mm single stand four high rolling mill production line of Anyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, raised the technical measures to increase the production capacity in three aspects of production process, equipment and management and applied the raised technical measures in actual production.
