摘　　要：目的：评价我院心血管类药应用现状及发展趋势。方法：采用金额排序法、用药频度法和分类排序法，对我院2003-2005年心血管类药应用数据进行统计、分析。结果：3年中心血管类药销售金额和用药频度均大幅度增长，抗心绞痛药、扩血管药和抗血栓药占心血管药销售金额的61．98％。结论：我院心血管类药应用基本合理。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the use of cardiovascular drugs in our hospital and the development trend .METHODS： Consumption of cardiovascular drugs used in 2003-2005 in our hospital was audited and analyzed through rankings of sales value, DDDs and category.RESULTS： Cardiovascular drugs, as used by our hospital, posted phenomenal growths in the three years both in terms of sales value and DDDs.Antiangina agents, peripheral vasodilators and antithrombotics had a combined share of 61.98% of total cardiovascular drug sales .CONCLUSION：The consumption of cardiovascular drugs in our hospital is basically rational.
