摘　　要：目的：建立以固相萃取-HPLC法测定人血浆中双氯芬酸钠浓度的方法。方法：色谱柱为ODS-2，流动相为磷酸盐缓；中液（pH6．5）-甲醇（40：60），检测波长为280nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1结果：双氯芬酸钠血浆浓度在16．2～2024．0ng·mL^-1。范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=0．9989），方法回收率在90％～110％之间，萃取回收率大于90％；日内、日间相对标准差小于5％。结论：本方法操作简便，结果准确可靠，可用于双氯芬酸钠药动学研究。OBJECTIVE： To establish an SPE（solid phase extraction） - HPLC method for the determination of diclofenac sodium in human plasma. METHODS： The separation of diclofenac sodium was performed on ODS- 2 column with a detection wavelength of 280nm .The mobile phase was composed of phosphate buffer（pH6.5） - methanol（40 ： 60）at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min^- 1.RESULTS： The linear range of diclofenac sodium was 16.2-2 024.0ng· mL^-1（ r= 0.998 9） .The methodological recovery ranged between 90% to 110% and the extraction recovery was above 90%. Both intraday RSD and inter - day RSD were less than 5% .CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the pharmacokinetic study of diclofenac sodium.
