摘　　要：目的：探讨异烟肼不良反应发生的特点和一般规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，对1995-2005年国内医药期刊报道的436例异烟肼致不良反应病例进行统计、分析。结果：异烟肼不良反应涉及人体多个系统，临床表现亦复杂多样，尤以神经系统和肝胆系统所占比例最高，其次为免疫系统。结论：临床医师、药师应加强对异烟肼的用药指导及监测，以避免不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE： To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by isoniazid. METHODS： A retrospective study was carried out to collect and statically analyze 436 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by isoniazid reported in domestic academic journals during the period of 1995-2005.RESULTS： Multisystems were involved in adverse drug reactions, and the clinical manifestations were various with the nervous system and hepatobiliary system showing the highest proportion, followed by the immunity system .CONCLUSION： Clinic doctors and pharmacists should give more directions and monitoring of isoniazid to reduce the occurrence of serious adverse drug reactions.
