摘　　要：介绍一种能从FTP、HTTP服务器上直接下载地震目录资料的软件。使用该软件,不必查询或登陆任何网站,只要具备上网条件,就能获取所需地震目录。一般用户使用该软件,可获取国内外共享网站的地震目录;Apnet和大华北用户除具备上述功能外,还可获得全国及邻区ML2.0以上的小震目录,并可将其合并为统一的全国地震目录,由过去只能获得二个月前的全国小震目录提高到现在的一天前;对下载的地震目录可转换成适合各用户使用的自定义或标准格式。该系统采用模块化分层结构,增加了软接口,为系统的扩充和升级打下了基础。In this text the authors introduce a software which can download earthquake catalogue from FTP or HTTPS server. Using this software can acquire earthquake catalogue only in condition of landing web, not to inquire or land any website. Common users can obtain earthquake catalogue from any share website, so do the Apnet and Dahuabei （Great North China） users. The earthquake catalogue which obtained from the website can be exchanged to self-defined or standard format. This system is a modularized and delaminated program and supplied with software interface, so it can be developed further.
