摘　　要：目的:讨论我国药品集中招标采购制度再度被“异化”的现象、原因和解决方案。方法:从药品集中招标采购制度再度被“异化”的原因出发,通过借鉴美国集中采购组织的经验,提出我国药品集中招标采购制度改革的方案。结果与结论:应当借助互联网,进一步完善与深化药品集中招标采购制度,并配合相关的医疗卫生体制改革措施,正确处理好政府、医疗机构与中介服务机构的关系。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the ＂re- alienation＂ of the centralized lender purchasing practice for pharmaceuticals in China, analyzing the reasons and proposing possible solution. METHODS： A solution for reform on the centralized tender purchasing practice was proposed through analyzing the reasons behind the ＂re- alienation＂ of the practice in China and drawing experience from the centralized purchasing organizations in the USA. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Current practice of centralized tender purchasing of pharmaceuticals should be improved and furthered with the help of the internet, and through filling it into the measures of the heahhcare system reform, improving the relationships among government, medical institutions and agency service organizations.
