摘　　要：目的:筛选苯甲酸利扎曲普坦膜剂最佳处方。方法:按照正交设计试验进行处方辅料用量的选择,以处方的溶化时限、含量均匀度和柔软性为考察指标,确定膜剂最佳处方,同时进行稳定性考查。结果:筛选的最佳处方组成中聚乙烯醇17-88为55%,甘油为10%,填充剂支链淀粉为20%。室温稳定性考查12mo,各项指标未见明显变化。结论:研制的膜剂处方简单,工艺易于操作,质量稳定。OBJECTIVE： To optimize the formula for rizatriptan benzoate films . METHODS： To screen the amount of polyvinyl alcohol, glycerin, chain starch by orthogonal experimental, to optimize the formula by determining the dissolve limit, content uniformity and ductility of rizatriputan benzoate films; to conduct the stability study. RESULTS： The optimum formulation was composed of polyvinyl alcohol 55%, glycerinl0% and pullulan 20%. The indices showed no significant change in the stability study of 12 months under room temperature. CONCLUSION： The formulation of the rizatriptan benzoate films is simple, easy to operate in technique and stable in quality.
