摘　　要：目的:促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2003～2005年中每年1月份就诊“医保”患者的9458份处方进行统计分析,并利用Excel录入制表建立数据库,根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》进行合理性分析。结果与结论:我院门诊使用抗菌药物的比例在逐年增加,并且在临床应用中存在诊断不明确等不合理用药现象;应向临床医师加大《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》的宣传力度。OBJECTIVE： To analyze outpatient use of antibacterials in our hospital for improvement of rational clinical use of drugs. METHODS： 9 458 prescription sheets, covering January in 2003- 2005 for patients reimbursable＇under the basic medical insurance, was audited and analyzed in terms of their rational use as per the Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antibacterials. RESULTS： Outpatient use of an tibacterials in our hospital was on the up year - on - year. Improper clinical use of drugs, such as lack of accurate diagnosis, was spotted. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists＇ awareness of the Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antibacterials should be enhanced through extended coverage.
