低熔点聚酯切片的研制

摘　　要：研究不同改性剂及含量对共聚酯熔点的降低效果及实用性,确立了新戊二醇、己二酸、间苯二甲酸这3种改性剂的合理原料组成。结果表明,该组分的共聚酯切片熔点控制在110℃左右,并具有与常规聚酯切片相似的热稳定性能、流动性能,符合纺丝工艺要求。The optimal material proportion of neopentyl glycol, adipic acid and isophthalic acid was developed through a series of parallel experiments on copolyester＇s melting point and practicability. The results showed that the copolyester chips, which synthesized by the optimal proportion modifiers, PTA and EG, have performances similar to common polyesters such as rheological behavior,thermal behavior, spirmability and so on. The melting point of the copolyester chips is about 110 ℃.
