摘　　要：为完善医院质量管理体系,在ISO9000族医院质量管理体系的4大过程中,融合JCI的各条标准,既有过程化的平台,又有更符合患者要求的流程,取长补短,提高医院质量管理水平,提高医疗服务质量。Carrying out IS09000 standards and JCI standards can establish and perfect hospital quality management system, improve medical service level and satisfy the patients. Several problems as follows should be paid special attention to： 1. enhance awareness and change concept ; 2. study further and create hospital quality culture ; 3. the four combinations in the practice of establishing and perfecting hospital quality management system： combining with the characteristics of hospitals ;combining with the situation in Chinese hospital management, particularly the combination of laws and regulations; combining with the realities in hospitals; combining with industry requirements, hospital class and other important standards; 4. put more research on hospital quality management system theory.
