摘　　要：患者评估是JCI标准中重要的内容。文章强调了患者评估的步骤,以及门诊和急诊患者的一般评估要求,特别是对住院患者从入院的初始评估、再评估和出院前评估提出了相应的完善措施;同时,对患者评估应注意的问题作了探讨:患者评估应由合格的人员进行评估和再评估;确认临床实践指南,掌握相应标准;针对特定患者进行个性化的评估;患者评估需要医务人员加强合作等。Since the assessment of patients is the important content in JCI standard,this paper puts its emphasis on the steps of the assessment and the general assessment requirements for outpatients and emergency patients as well. It especially puts forward relative improvement measures for patientsinitial assessment, re - evaluation and assessment before leaving hospitals. At the same time, the paper explores what provlems patients＇ assessment should be discussed： The patients should be assessed and reasessed by qualified personals ;guide to clinical practice should be confirmed and corresponding standards should be mastered;specific patients should be assessed individually; patients＇assessments should be cooperated with medical staff. Therefore, doing patients＇ assessments well will help improve medical services.
