摘　　要：文章从加强血站业务档案管理的要求出发,提出了保存业务档案并对其进行管理的建议,其目的是形成一个较为全面的血源信息库,满足临床用血需求。采供血机构业务档案管理除反映本单位质量管理的水平和规范程度外,随着人们法律意识的提高和输血医疗纠纷的增加,血站业务档案还发挥着一定法律效力。According to the requirement of work file management in blood station, it is proposed that work file should be preserved and administrated, which is to form total information of blood source to meet the need of clinical. With the increasing of people＇s law awareness and medical disputes, work file management in blood station can not only reflect the quality management level and degree, but also have some law efficacy.
