摘  要:本文在大鼠的整体实验中,测定了下丘脑和中脑中央灰质的β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)和促黄体素释放激素(luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone,LHRH)含量,以研究在雌激素负反馈调节中β-EP和LHRH释放之间的关系。结果表明,体内雌激素水平升高而产生负反馈调节时,下丘脑和中脑中央灰质的β-EP含量明显升高,而下丘脑LHRH的释放受到明显的抑制;纳洛酮阻断β-EP的作用后,下丘脑LHRH释放增加。结果提示,下丘脑和中脑中央灰质β-EP可能同时参与了雌激素对下丘脑LHRH释放的负反馈调节作用。Effects of beta-endorphin (beta-EP) suppressing LH level involved with estrogen. Female SD rats (200-250g) were used in the experiment. The contents of LHRH and beta-EP in hypothalamus and central grey matter and LHRH in pituitary at normal, estradiol benzoate (EB) or naloxone administrating rats were measured in order to investigate the mechanism of beta-EP participating in the estrogen feedback regulation. The results show that: 1) there is no significant change of beta-EP content in the hypothalamus throughout estrous cycle; but LHRH level at estrus is lower than that at proestrus (P<0.05); beta-EP content in the central grey matter at estrus is markedly higher than that at either diestrus or proestrus (P<0.025); pituitary LHRH level at estrus is lower than that at proestrus (0.05<P<0.1); 2) EB (50μg) injected subcutaneously (s. c.) to rats per day for 7 days may significantly promote the contents of beta-EP and LHRH in the hypothalamus and beta-EP in the central grey matter, and decrease LHRH level in the pituitary; 3) naloxone (5 mg/kg body weight) injected intraperitoneally to rats may enhance LHRH level in the pituitary (P<0.05) and decrease the hypothalamic LHRH content (P<0.05) in 40 min. It is concluded that beta-EP in the hypothalamus and central grey matter may simultaneously participate in the negative feedback regulation of estrogen to hypothalamic LHRH release. Further studies on the mechanism of beta-EP of the central grey matter in negative regulation is needed.
