摘 要:电力接地网的可靠性直接关系到电网的安全运行,是造成大面积停电的事故原因之一。目前普遍采用的普通碳钢构件存在腐蚀速率快、开挖修复周期短、可靠性差等问题。直接采用纯铜作为接地体材料,或加大接地体截面虽然可以大大延长接地网使用寿命,但成本过高。钢表面镀锌或采用阳极牺牲法等存在延寿有限和均匀性差等问题。钢表面高温镀铜和涂覆导电防腐涂料的方法在提高耐土壤腐蚀性能的同时也兼顾了成本,可明显延长接地网可靠使用寿命至30年以上,是今后接地体构件防腐技术的主要发展方向。The reliability of grounding net directly affects the safe operation of the power grid, and is one of the factors causing large area power cutting. Currently, carbon steel is widely applied to grounding device, but there exist some problems, such as high corrosion rate, short examining and repairing period, low reliability, and so on. Directly applying copper grounding materi- als or increasing the section area of grounding rod could extend the service life of grounding net, but the financial cost is very high. For galvanization and cathodic protection, the effect of extending service life is restricted and the homogeneity is low. Copper- clad and conductive anti- corrosion paint have good anti -corrosion performance in soil and can apparently prolong the service life of grounding net to more than 30 years with reasonable financial cost. Copper - clad and conductive anti - corrosion paint technique is the main developing direction of the anti - corrosion technology of grounding device in the future.
