摘 要:以籼稻窄叶青8号(ZYQ8)与粳稻京系17(JX17)为亲本的DH群体为材料,考察叶片保绿相关性状,并利用该群体的分子连锁图谱进行QTL分析。共检测到7个与水稻叶片保绿有关的QTL,包括与黑暗下保绿面积相关的3个QTL,位于第16、和8染色体上,贡献率分别为11.07%、10.31%和11.21%;与黑暗下保绿程度相关的2个QTL,位于第1和12染色体上,贡献率分别为11.51%和9.54%;与暗处理条件下和正常条件下叶绿素含量相关的QTL各1个,分别位于第1和8染色体上,贡献率分别为11.67%和13.27%。前5个QTL为首次报道,后2个QTL对水稻叶绿素含量的遗传起重要作用。Genetic research of green-keeping traits is very important in rice physiological breeding. Green-keeping traits are controlled by multi-genes with major effects and minor modifiers. In this study, a double haploid (DH) population derived from anther culture of ZYQS/JX17, a typical indica and japonica hybrid rice, was used to investigate green leaf area, green leaf degree, and chlorophyll contents under darkness and normal light conditions at full tillering period, and analyze the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for each trait based on the constructed molecular linkage map of this population. Seven QTLs for green-keeping traits were detected. Three putative QTLs for green leaf area under darkness ( qKGA-1, qKGA-6, and qKGA-8) were located on chromosome 1, 6, and 8, with the LOD values of 2.93, 3.00, and 3.20, and with the explained variance of 11.07%, 10.31%, and 11.21%, respectively. Two QTLs ( qKGD-1 and qKGD-12) for green leaf degree under darkness were detected on chromosome 1 and 12, with the explained variance of 11.51% and 9.54%, respectively. One QTL for chlorophyll content under darkness [ qCOC (dd)-1 ] was identified on chromosome 1 and one QTL for chlorophyll content under normal light [ qCOC(n) -8 ] was detected on chromosome 8, and their LOD values were 2.92 and 3.26, respectively. The QTLs of green leaf area and green leaf degree were reported firstly, and two QTLs for chlorophyll contents under darkness and normal light were located in the same intervals with Teng's report. These QTLs should be useful for breeding new rice varieties with delaying leaf senescence and higher yield.
