合并糖尿病食管、贲门癌患者的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨合并糖尿病食管、贲门癌患者的围手术期护理方法。方法分析、总结28例合并糖尿病食管、贲门癌患者围手术期的观察和护理措施。结果术后发生并发症6例，其中肺部感染3例占7％，吻合口瘘2例占7％，切口感染1例占3．5％。结论对合并糖尿病的食管、贲门癌患者围手术期血糖监控尤为重要，同时重视患者的心理护理和健康教育，加强心血管、代谢、感染等常见并发症的护理。术后以肠内营养支持为主，配合适量的运动，以减少血糖波动的幅度，可有效地防治术后并发症。Objective To study the perioperative nursing points for diabetes patients who have combined with carcinoma of esophagus or cardiac cancer. Methods Summarized the perioperative nursing points among 28 diabetes patients who had combined with carcinoma of esophagus or cardiac cancer. Results There were 6 cases occurred postoperative complication, 3 cases of them were pneumonia infection, 2 cases were anastomotic leakage, the last one was cutting infection. Conclusions The perioperative nursing points for diabetes patients who have combined with carcinoma of esophagus or cardiac cancer are monitor blood sugar, reinforce psychological nursing, prevent infection and certain related complications, which can effective guarantee the successful operation.
