摘　　要：目的总结老年糖尿病患者骨折后行全髋置换术的围手术期护理经验，以提高护理技术水平。方法对35例糖尿病患者行全髋置换术，不同治疗阶段采取有针对性的护理措施，特别是针对高血糖采取有效的护理措施。结果本组患者无死亡及低血糖性休克发生，无合并肺部感染。术后切口甲级愈合，无伤口感染导致手术失败的病例，未因护理不当导致其他并发症发生。结论加强围手术期的观察与护理，是老年糖尿病患者成功接受全髋关节置换手术的关键。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing points for elder diabetes patients with total hip joint replacement. Methods Total hip joint replacement was used among 35 elder patients with diabetes, different nursing and treatment methods were used in different stage according to the condition of different patients, espeeiaUy reinforced the blood sugar monitor. Results All the patients had successful operation, there were no dead eases, insulin shock and pneumonia infection eases. Concusions Emphasize perioperative nursing for elder diabetes patients with total hip joint replacement is the key to guarantee the successful operation.
