后腹腔镜手术后拔除胃管的时间探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜术后不同拔除胃管时间的临床效果。方法选择我院泌尿科2006年6—9月收治的行后腹腔镜手术患者41例，依据患者意愿随机分为2组。其中23例手术后清醒后即予拔除胃管（6h组）。另18例直到排气才予拔除胃管（保留胃管组）。比较2组患者术后的腹部症状。结果6h组拔胃管后24h内排气17例占73．9％。保留胃管组24h内排气8例占44．4％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义。6h组排气时间在24～48h 4例对比于保留胃管组9例差异有统计学意义。患者的自感症状6h组明显低于保留胃管组，而且研究还表明手术时间越长，排气需要的时间越长。结论对于后腹腔镜手术的术后护理中，6h拔除胃管的总体效果要优于保留胃管组，一定程度上减轻了患者的不舒适感，缩短了排气时间，从而加快了患者的痊愈。objective To compare the clinal effects among patients with different exhaust time after retroperitoneal laparoscopic operations. Methods Selected 41 patients who had accepted retroperitoneal laparoseopic operations and divided them into two groups randomly,23 taken off the tubes after conscious （6 hours after operation）, the others were the reserving group.Compared the condition about exhaust time between two groups. Results The first time of exhaust air after retroperitoneal laparoseopic operation between the two groups was significant different,P 〈 0.05. There was a correlation between the operation time and postoperative exhaust air time. Conclusions Early remove nasal-gastrictubes after retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation can ameliorate the discomfortable for patients,and then improve the rehabilitation for them.
