摘 要:基于蜂窝蓄热体气-固传热精确解,研究蓄热体温度变化和切换周期设计方法。忽略沿气流流动方向的固体导热影响,建立了周期传热数学模型,求出了气、固温度分布精确解。通过和数值计算比较,半解析解可信。按炉内低氧稳定燃烧和蓄热体低温端不结露原则,进行切换周期优化设计。The design method of regenerator temperature change and switching period is studied on the basis of the exact solution of heat transfer between gas and solid phases in a honeycomb regenerator.A mathematical periodical heat transfer model is established as solid heat conduction along the gas flow direction being ignored, and the exact solution to the temperature profile of the gas and solid is achieved. Compared with numerical simulations, the semi-analytical solutions are believable. Under the conditions of steady low oxygen concentration combustion in furnace and no condensation of moisture on the low-temperature end of the regenerator, the optimal design of switching period is carried out.
