摘　　要：以天津市科学技术馆节能改造工程为例,介绍了节能改造前后外墙、一层地面、主要屋面、门窗的构造。节能改造后围护结构传热系数、建筑物耗热量指标、供暖耗煤量指标均符合相关标准的要求。对节能改造工程的经济性进行了静态评价,经济性良好。Taking the energy-saving reconstruction engineering of Tianjin Science and Technology Museum for example, the structure of external wall, ground of first floor, main roof, door and window before and after the energy-saving reconstruction is introduced. The heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope, the index of building heat consumption and the index of heating coal consumption after the energy-saving reconstruction meet the requirements of the relevant standards. The static evaluation of the economy of the energy-saving reconstruction engineering is carried out, with a better economy.
