摘 要:在总结国产100MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉设计制造与运行经验的基础上,研究开发了具有自主知识产权的国产210MW CFB锅炉。较详细地介绍了该炉型的特点及关键部件的设计情况,开发了紧凑式分流回灰换热器,并提出了复合炉型的设计思想和技术方案,即在炉内布置适量的层式过热器,其余部分受热面布置在分流回灰换热器内。该锅炉研制和投运后运行性能良好。文章还简要介绍了国产330MW CFB锅炉技术开发的进展。Based on summarizing the design, manufacturing and operation experiences of indigenous 100 MW CFB boiler, indigenous 210 MW CFB boiler with antonomous intellectual property has been researched and developed. This paper details the technical features of this boiler type and the design of key parts, for example, the patent technology of compact ash - flow splitting - beat exchanger (CHE) has been researched and developed, and the design idea and technical scheme of compound boiler type have been put forward ,i.e., an appropriate a- mount of layered superheater is arranged in the boiler, the rest heating surfaces are arranged in the CT-IE. 210 MW CFB boilers have been put into commercial operation and proved their good performance. The paper also briefs the research and development progress of indigenous 330 CFB boiler.
