摘  要:运河发电有限公司2台145MW机组自投运以来,中间仓储式制粉系统的电耗一直偏高。虽然对B排粉机叶轮进行了车削,但是节电效果非常有限。通过对制粉系统和运行中存在的问题分析,制粉系统节流损失和管道磨损严重,钢球质量不合格,调节方式欠佳,磨煤机内通风量偏离最佳值是造成制粉电耗一直偏高的主要原因。通过对设备系统进行改造和调整运行方式后,制粉电耗有了显著降低,2台炉的4套制粉系统每年可节约厂用电在485·8万kWh以上,目前设备运行比较稳定。Since the two 145 MW generating traits were put into operation in Yunhe Power Generation Corp.Ltd., the electricity consumption of bin storage type coal pulverizing systems had been always on the high side. Altbongh the impellers of pulverizer exhausters were turned, but the electricity-saving effect was very limited. Through the analysis of equipment system and the problems existing in operation, it was found that ,the throttle loss of coal pulverizing systems and wear of pipings were serious, the steel balls were disqualified, The regulation ways were not good, and the airflow in the mills was deviated from the optimum value. These were the main ceases for the higher electrvcity consumption of coal pulverizing system Through the retrofitting of equipment systems and the adjustment of operation ways, the electricity consumption of coal pulverizing has been obviously decreased. Presently the service power consumptions of four coal pulverizing systems for two boilers may be economized by more than 4. 858 million kwh every year and the operations of equipment are comparatively steady.
