摘　　要：阐述随着轨道交通线网的逐步形成及城市公共交通“一卡通”的迅速普及,清分体系的建设已刻不容缓。认为由于城市轨道交通系统线网的不断发展,经营管理的需求也随之变化,要求建立一个全面、安全、可扩展和前后兼容的清分系统,以便有效地计算轨道交通线网中各独立清分实体的经济贡献。以广州地铁清分系统的建设为例,重点介绍轨道交通票务清分体系的建设思路与方法。Along with the formation of urban rail transit net and the comprehensive application of ＂Smart card＂ in urban public transportation field, an integrated, secure and extensible fare clearing system should be developed as soon as possible to effectively calculate the economic contribution of each independent company in urban rail transportation net. Taking the establishment of the fare clearing system in Guangzhou metro as an example, the paper introduces the ideas and approaches for the establishment of the system in urban rail transit.
