摘 要:用有机溶剂萃取法从观光木(Tsoongiodendron odorum)叶片中分离出挥发油,经GC/MS/计算机进行成分分析和定量测定,并且测定了其对超氧阴离子抑制与清除活性。鉴定出38种化合物,主要成分为酯类(33.396%),萜类(18.313%),醇类(12.065%)和芳香族化合物(9.484%)。研究结果表明,观光木叶片挥发油有较强的抑制与清除超氧阴离子活性。挥发油在稀释100倍时,抑制超氧阴离子活性最大,超过了植酸和没食子酸丙酯。在稀释20倍时,总SOD(T-SOD)活性达495.10 U.mL-1,其中CuZn-SOD活性为338.50 U.mL-1,占T-SOD的68.36%,Mn-SOD活性为156.70 U.mL-1,占T-SOD的31.64%。本研究结果为进一步探讨观光木叶片挥发油的保健功能提供了科学依据。The volatile oil from leaves of Tsoongiodendron odorum was isolated by organic solvent extraction and its components were analyzed and quantified by GC/MS/Computer. Meanwhile, its activities of restraining and eliminating ultra oxygen anion were detected. The 38 compounds in T. odorum were identified and the main constituents were ester (33. 396% ), terpenoids ( 18. 313% ), alcohol ( 12. 065% ) and aromatic compounds (9. 484% ), The results showed that there were strong functions of restraining and eliminating ultra oxygen anion. When the volatile oil was diluted by 100 times , the activity of restraining ultra oxygen anion reached maximum, and its activity was stronger than that of PG and PA . When diluted 20 times, the activity of total SOD attained 495.1U·mL, among which the CuZn-SOD was 338.50 U·mL^-1, the 68.36% of T-SOD ; Mn-SOD was 156.70 U ·mL^-1, the 31.64% of T-SOD.
