摘　　要：高校院系行政秘书工作实际上是高校院系行政执行力的具体表现,也是院系领导资源的深度配置和开发的具体体现。院系行政秘书工作职业化的塑造,可以从综合素质的塑造、执行力的塑造、知识的塑造三个方面得以实现。The work of the administrative secretaries in colleges and departments in the universities is in fact the concrete manifestation of the administrative implement force of the colleges and departments of the universities, and of the disposition in depth and exploitation of their leading resources. The professional modeling of administrative secretaries in colleges and departments can be realized from the three aspects of the modeling of the comprehensive qualities, implement force and knowledge.
